Due to the on going Coronavirus pandemic please be aware that shipping and delivery services may be affected or limited. Unfortunately we have had to remove some Hermes and UPS delivery options from our list of couriers due to their closure of parcel pickups and drop offs. We are trying our best to carry on as normal but please be aware there may be delays.
We will also be reducing the number of post drop offs and collections to twice a week to reduce the risk to both ourselves and our couriers.
Please note we are a small family business not Amazon, and that whilst we aim to pick, quality check and pack all orders within two working days, due to limited man power and time, orders may be delayed a little at busy times and weekends. Orders placed on Friday will not be packed until the following Monday to be sent out either on Monday or to be collected by our couriers on Tuesday. Please bear with us, we try to do our best!
Delivery times for orders are from the time of dispatch, not from the time of order placement. The time given for shipping is an estimate and not a guarantee.

We sanded off the \"horns\" of the guitar to make it more cigarbox shaped. We also shifted the figure over to one side of the battery drive box to get the drive belts at the optimum tension, which also gave us the space for the business card holder (not included) or you might need to shim up the between the battery box and the plinth with a 5mm spacer to achieve the same effect. When I put together the one in the video, I was little sloppy assembling the strumming arm and push rod, so I added two little dowel offcuts to ensue that the arm actuator didn't slip off the top of the pushrod (you can see this little modification in the pics in case you have the same issue), but that was my fault rather than the kit! I also recommend building the drive mechanism and the kit at the same time, so you can see how they work together and don't glue on the hand drive crank at all if you are making the battery drive version. I also suggest dry-fitting the parts together before you commit to gluing, but if you can make a cigar box guitar, you can put together one of these kits. You could also paint it, but we've left ours plain and undecorated. The first firing creates the distinctive organic crackle pattern, and the second fired glaze fuses to create a super-hard, smooth surface.
