Please note we are a small family business not Amazon, and that whilst we aim to pick, quality check and pack all orders within two working days, due to limited man power and time, orders may be delayed a little at busy times and weekends. Please be aware that if you purchase a product using PayPal that contains a La Aroma de Cuba box (guitar, kit etc) due to the item having the word Cuba in there may be a delay with the payment going through the system as PayPal is an American company and so has to abide by USA laws, regardless of where the item is being shipped from and to.
